HOW TO ORDER
Fill up the order form provided through a link.
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: Kindly wait for an e-mail within 24-48 hours after placing your order for order confirmation.
FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Orders are confirmed once you successfully completed the order form.
Check if all details are accurate in your invoice that would be sent in 24-72 hours after placing an order.
Check if your Customer ID/Invoice Number is already listed in our master list.
Send your payment through your chosen mode of payment. Payments must be settled as soon as your order/s is placed unless the shop provided a deadline of payment (DOP).
Send a CLEAR proof of payment through e-mail at [[email protected]] with the subject [ PAYMENT: [Customer ID/Invoice Number] ]. The body of your e-mail must contain the following: (1) Full Name, (2) Twitter Username, and (3) Purpose of Payment / List of Orders.
Kindly wait for our teamβs confirmation. Once a confirmation e-mail is received, check whether your payment status has been updated.
NOW, we wait for shipping!!
PAYMENT
There will be two grounds of payment: (1) for the good/s' price, and; (2) for the local shipping fee (LSF) and packaging fee which will be done once items arrive in PH.
Payments can be made through GCASH and PayMaya only. Details will be provided once the order is confirmed.
INCOMPLETE PAYMENT = NO SHIPPING OF ORDERS.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY
The shop abides by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 [R.A. NO. 10173].
We value and respect our customer/sβ privacy. Rest assured that all information that you provide will remain confidential.
POOLING
We will follow a βfirst to send formβ basis. However, if you fail to pay on the stated deadline of payments (DOP), your ranking will be forfeited.
The pooling form will be sent through email.

OUR PRODUCTS
FANDOMIZED IT only offers legit and official goods from South Korea.
All official albums are counted in Hanteo and Gaon charts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The buyer must be 101% sure before submitting an order form.
Strictly NO CANCELLATION of order/s once the form is submitted. There will be a cancellation fee of β±500.00 unless items are out-of-stock.
Local shipping is only done 1-2 times a week depending on our availability.
All goods are for PRE-ORDER unless stated: βon-handβ. Pre-order items are all from South Korea under NORMAL ETA which takes weeks or months before it arrives unless stated that it is under FAST ETA.
Items from KR to PH will only be dispatched once our box is full. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CANNOT WAIT.
FANSITE GOODS: Once the shop has already settled the payment for fansite goods, the shop will not be liable for any unforeseen events caused by the fansite/s. However, we will do our very best to contact them for you.
Orders will not be processed until the goodsβ price is fully paid on the set deadline of payments (DOP).
All unclaimed orders after 30 days of receiving a notice for the local shipping fee will be automatically forfeited with NO REFUNDS. All forfeited items will be included in our shop's inventory and will be posted again as for sale.
Goodsβ prices are inclusive of International Shipping Fees (ISF) and exclusive of Local Shipping Fees (LSF) unless otherwise stated.
Be informed that prices may change without prior notice due to foreign exchange rates and price fluctuations.
FOR PASABUYs: Be informed that once the item suddenly became out-of-stock (OOS) and was already ordered on the website, the refund of the payment may not be 100% due to foreign exchange rates and fluctuations.
We charge packaging fees. This is to make sure that your items will arrive at you safely. Fees may vary depending on the size of your parcel. This will be paid together with the local shipping fee (LSF).
Please give us at least 48 hours to attend to your concerns. We assure you that we value your concerns.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Read, understand, and respect our terms and conditions. Help us give you a pleasing experience through abiding by them.
Provide correct and accurate information. We will not be responsible for lost items caused by an error in your provided details.
Do not order items that you will not be able to pay on the stated deadline of payments (DOP).
PAY ON TIME. Failure to accomplish the stated deadline of payments (DOP) will forfeit your order and we will post you as a joy reserver or a bogus buyer especially if you fail to notify the shop. You will also be blacklisted from the shop. Likewise, the order will be voided/canceled and you will be charged β±500.00.
Submit a CLEAR and READABLE proof of payment.
Be patient. Please understand that we cannot control the duration of your order/sβ shipment most especially during the pandemic.
Take an unedited video when unboxing your parcel. This will serve as your proof in case of unexpected issues (i.e. sent the wrong items, incomplete items, etc).
Notify us once you receive your items by providing feedback using the hashtag [#FandomizedItFeedback].
Contact the shop if there are any concerns regarding your items within 24 hours upon receipt.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND REFUNDS
Returns and exchanging of items are not allowed except for the following scenario/s: (1) We sent the wrong item, and; (2) We sent incomplete items.
In case this happens, we would need you to provide an unedited video of the parcelβs unboxing. We will not acknowledge your concern if you fail to provide this evidence.

Refunds are only made through valid reasons (i.e. out-of-stock items). In this case, refunds can be done in two (2) ways: (1) Change of item/s or (2) Cash refund. However, there may be a chance for cash refunds that the full amount will not be refunded due to foreign exchange rates.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
FANDOMIZED IT will not be liable of the following:
Damaged and lost items caused by: (1) The international or local shipping company; (2) The manufacturer, and; (3) The supplier. In case this happens (lost items only), we will help you in locating your item/s.
Incomplete inclusions from (1) the manufacturer which is applicable only for sealed items, and; (2) the stated inclusions of the supplier for unsealed items.
Sudden out-of-stock incidents due to limitations in production. In this case, the shop will follow a βfirst to payβ basis.
Any human and/or technological errors, faults, damage, or delay caused by manifacturers/suppliers.
Delays of arrivals or shipment due to unforeseen events (e.g. typhoon, earthquake, pandemic, tsunami, floods, etc.).
Returned items due to inaccurate customer details or no one to receive. If in any case, the buyer must shoulder the reshipment fee.
